Billy has over a decade of experience in financial services, focusing on equities and technology, previously working as Equity Analyst at Optiver in Sydney, and was the Director of Equity Research for China Internet at Haitong International in Hong Kong. Billy has been a top ranked equity analyst for regional software and internet by Asiamoney. Billy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified CPA Australia.

Chris joined Global X in 2024 and is responsible for leading a team of investment professionals, overseeing the management of all the firm’s ETFs, trading infrastructure, and fostering service provider relationships, all while driving product development with key market insights. He has more than 18 years’ of extensive portfolio management experience. Chris previously held senior positions at UBS Global Asset Management, where he led the index portfolio management team in Australia for over 12 years, driving strategic growth and product development. Chris holds a Bachelor of Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management and Bachelor of Investment Management and is a CFA Charterholder.
David Croft

David joined Global X in 2025 and is responsible for leading the firm’s technology and AI strategy, with a focus on data engineering, automation and digital solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology, including almost 19 years at Schroders, where he held senior roles across investment technology, application development and engineering. David holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA, a Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Industrial Design from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma of IT in Software Development from TAFE NSW.
